• Answer external phone calls and provide information to customers

• Ensure accurate and complete updates on the hotel's products and services

• Promote the hotel's products and services

• Support the department when requested

• Confident in English communication

• Good health and a strong service mindset

• Willing to work overtime upon department request

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field

• Take 2 days off/week
