Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide effective and efficient services.
Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure quality and appropriateness of customer service provided. To maintain Front Office log book and shift reports.
1. University graduate / Hotel Management/ Hotel School Diploma.
2. Fresher or 1 year experience in International Hotel Chain in Front desk operations.
3. Excellent communication skill, ability to interact and take initiative. Able to lead and motivate the team.
