We are looking for a passionate talent with former General Manager experience in hospitality, to lead the operations of a managed hotel under the ibis brand. This vibrant economy hotel offers 333 comfortable guest rooms, a restaurant, bar, and six modern conference rooms, making it an ideal venue for business meetings, conferences, and workshops. Located where history meets modernity, the hotel enjoys a prime position close to the Warsaw's Old Town, and the Royal Castle. Excellent transport connections to the city center make IBIS Warsaw Stare Miasto a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers, providing convenient access to the city's key attractions, business districts, and cultural landmarks. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Successful management of a managed economy hotel, operated under ibis brand via Hotel Management Agreement.
• Strengthen the hotel’s market position, search and identify new business opportunities; build up long-term business relationships.
• Plan and manage the operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, talents, corporate, owner) satisfaction and quality service while meeting / exceeding financial goals.
• Be the heart of the hotel and lead by example; create a positive, team-oriented working environment.

• At least 2 years’ experience in Hotel General Manager position
• Strong operational background
• Outstanding sales acumen, commercial mindset
• Fluency in Polish and English language
• Ability to manage relationship with owner and manager in the frame of Hotel Management Agreement
• Leadership, autonomy
• Service and quality minded character
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and team management skills
• Ability to create positive, effective and sustainable working relationships at all levels
