Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient General Cashier to join our team in Guwahati, India. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing cash transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Prepare and consolidate daily bank deposits in a timely manner
Manage cash floats and provide change to personnel as needed
Perform daily counts of the main house bank and document results
Assist in the completion of daily cash over and short reports
Ensure adherence to local and corporate policies and procedures
Work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner
Collaborate with the Finance Manager and other team members to maintain financial accuracy
Perform additional duties as assigned by the department head
