Job Description

As a Front Office Supervisor at Raffles Doha, you will support the leadership team in overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring the highest level of guest service, luxury standards, and colleague engagement. You will lead by example, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience while upholding the legendary service philosophy of Raffles.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience:

  • Ensure an exceptional guest journey from arrival to departure, embodying the Raffles service culture.

  • Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest concerns with discretion and efficiency.

  • Continuously anticipate guest needs and personalize services accordingly.

Operational Excellence:

  • Supervise daily Front Office operations including check-in/out, room assignments, and cashiering procedures.

  • Support and execute shift briefings, handovers, and daily reports.

  • Ensure accuracy in billing, cashiering, and compliance with audit standards.

Leadership & Team Support:

  • Guide, train, and support Front Office colleagues in delivering consistent five-star service.

  • Motivate the team, encourage proactive problem-solving, and foster a collaborative environment.

  • Monitor colleague grooming, appearance, and professional conduct in line with Raffles standards.

Collaboration:

  • Liaise closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure guest expectations are exceeded.

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in implementing new procedures and optimizing guest experience flows.

Health & Safety:

  • Ensure all safety and security policies are followed and reported accordingly.

  • Handle emergency situations or guest incidents with professionalism and composure.


Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within Front Office in a luxury environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication in English; additional languages such as Arabic or French are an asset.

  • Passion for guest service, leadership presence, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
