We are looking for a passionate and experienced Food and Beverages Director to join the team at SLS Playa Mujeres Cancún, All-Inclusive Collection.

Ennismore, through its luxury brand SLS, is bringing an extraordinary new all-inclusive resort to the oasis of Playa Mujeres, just north of Cancún, Mexico.

Introducing a stunning new luxury destination in Playa Mujeres, Cancún. Our all-inclusive resort features 500 luxurious rooms, complemented by an impressive collection of 18 Food & Beverage outlets and a rejuvenating spa sanctuary.

• Oversee all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.
• Drive compliance with LQA standards and applicable AAA Diamond quality expectations.
• Maximize revenue, profitability and cost control through strategic planning and performance analysis.
• Lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through personalized service, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and operational standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B leadership experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong financial acumen, operational expertise and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of LQA standards and luxury service excellence.
• Advanced English proficiency
