About you

• You love mornings and breakfast!
• You lead by example, providing exceptional experiences for our guests.
• Experienced in breakfast operations (buffet service), conference & events.
• Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
• A high standard of grooming and presentation.
• The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings and on weekends.

What you will be doing?

• Lead breakfast operations and assist with conference and events when required.
• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
• Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained.
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
