What you'll be doing:

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will join our leadership team and assist in the smooth operation of our Food & Beverage outlets. Your food and beverage knowledge is unrivalled. You are guest obsessed and have built your reputation on delivering exceptional experiences; leading from the front. With a focus on building a culture of intuitive service that creates memorable moments for all guests, you will be part of a Food & Beverage leadership team that delivers exceptional service in Altus Rooftop Bar & Lounge, Pastore Restaurant, in-room dining and meetings & events.

What we're looking for:

• Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams, your lead by example approach will be infectious
• An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your 'food stories' with our patrons.
• The ability to coordinate and manage the day to day Food & Beverage operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest, every interaction, every day. 
• Passion, interest and confidence in wine & spirits with a flair for cocktails. You will be involved in all areas of Food & Beverage, but strong bar knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
• Be a calming influence in the midst of a fast paced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive team morale creating a culture that people want to be part of.
• Have the necessary skill to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers.
• Provide guidance, support training and leadership to all team members.
• Be a progressive, creative professional who remains pragmatic and focused in an ever changing environment.
• A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of Food & Beverage operations during peak times
• Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
