Food & Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, events, and in-room dining, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and compliance with brand standards.

• Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective budgeting, cost control, menu engineering, sales initiatives, and operational efficiency.

• Develop and implement innovative Food & Beverage concepts, promotions, and events that enhance guest satisfaction and strengthen the resort's market positioning.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, food cost, beverage cost, labor productivity, and other key performance indicators, taking corrective actions when required.

• Foster a guest-centric culture by maintaining a visible presence in operations, actively engaging with guests, and ensuring prompt resolution of service concerns.

• Lead, inspire, and develop the Food & Beverage team through coaching, training, performance management, and succession planning to build a high-performing service culture.

• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Sales & Marketing, Revenue, and other departments to deliver seamless dining experiences, special events, and revenue-generating initiatives.

• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, occupational health and safety regulations, HACCP standards, and company policies.

• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, guest feedback, and emerging F&B concepts to enhance the resort's offerings.

• Support the Executive Committee in strategic planning, business development, and hotel-wide initiatives that contribute to overall resort performance and guest satisfaction.

• Drive continuous improvement in LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) audit results by implementing action plans, conducting regular quality reviews, and ensuring compliance with Accor and Mövenpick brand standards across all outlets.

• Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage leadership experience in a hotel or resort environment.
• Proven track record in managing multi-outlet operations and achieving financial targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience with Accor brands or international hospitality companies is preferred.
