• * Running the operations for breakfast, lunch, Sunday brunch, dinner and bar = (restaurants, terrace, meetings rooms,.. just that!)
• * The training and mentoring of teams regarding food, drinks and service standards ⭐
• * The usual admin, Mama likes a balanced and fair rota for all ensuring guests are looked after at all times
• * Take ownership of the overall F&B operations and make the magic happen!
