Food and Beverage Attendants - Conference & Events

Our Conference & Events team is growing, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our friendly & vibrant team as we head into one of our busiest event periods.

From conferences and cocktail parties to large-scale celebrations, no two days are quite the same. If you enjoy being part of the action, working with a great team and creating memorable experiences for guests, we’d love to meet you!

What you'll be doing

• Set up, service and pack down function spaces
• Deliver friendly, efficient food and beverage service across conferences and events
• Work closely with the kitchen and sales team to ensure smooth, timely service
• Keep function and service areas tidy, organised and well stocked
• Bring great energy to a fast-paced team and create memorable guest experiences
• Follow Hotel policies, WHS requirements and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations

You don't need to have done it all before — we're looking for people with the right attitude, energy and passion for hospitality.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in hospitality service — highly desirable
• Great communication and organisational skills, with an eye for detail
• A genuine passion for guest service and a willingness to learn and grow
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends 
• A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
