Mercure Perth on Hay is a 127 room full service property located near the beautiful Swan River in the heart of Perth CBD. With multiple conference spaces and a sweeping indoor/outdoor F&B dining space, this is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team.

As a Food and Beverage Team Member at Hop & Huddle, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests. We are renowned for our extensive beer selection, mouthwatering smoked food, and indulgent milkshakes. We are looking for a Part Time worker who has availability to work across a 7-day roster including breakfast and dinner shifts.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will:

• Take orders and serve food and beverages with a friendly and positive attitude
• Provide recommendations on beer & wine pairings, smoked dishes, and milkshakes
• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas
• Uphold high standards of customer service to create a memorable dining experience
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
• Knowledge and passion for beer, smoked food, and milkshakes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and team-oriented attitude
• Valid RSA
• Availability to work across a 7-day roster including breakfast and dinner shifts
