FLOOR MANAGER (F/M/X) - CZECH speaking

Mama is looking for a Floor Manager who lives and breathes hospitality. Someone who loves being on the floor, leading a team ⛹, making guests smile and keeping the vibe just right.

At Mama, we’re not “just a hotel.” We create moments. We’re loud (sometimes), fun 😃 (always), and serious about great service. As our Floor Manager, you’re one of the faces of Mama — leading by example, supporting your team and making sure every guest leaves happier than they arrived.

What you’ll be up to:

• Running the daily show in our restaurants with the F&B Manager
• Being present on the floor (yes, really on the floor!)
• Coaching, motivating and developing the team
• Welcoming new team members and helping them feel at home
• Keeping schedules, timekeeping and operations smooth
• Watching costs, stock, waste and quality
• Making sure hygiene and safety rules are respected
• Sharing ideas for new drinks, dishes and cool concepts
• Making sure the energy stays high and the service stays sharp

• Have solid experience in a busy restaurant or hotel
• Have already led a team (and loved it)
• Communicate clearly and positively
• Know your way around systems like Micros
• Speaking Czech and English
• Are flexible with evenings, weekends and holidays
• Bring good vibes and team spirit wherever you go
