Job Description

The Executive Chef at Swissôtel Clark is a visionary leader responsible for the overall culinary operations of the hotel. This role blends creative flair with operational excellence, ensuring that every dish reflects Swissôtel’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and heartfelt hospitality.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification
  • 5+ years of experience in a luxury or international hotel setting
  • Strong leadership, training, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Proficient in kitchen management systems and online procurement tools
