We are seeking a dynamic and innovative E-Commerce And Social Media Executive to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our e-commerce growth and managing our social media presence to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer experience
• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement
• Create and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic and engagement
• Produce compelling content for social media channels, aligning with our brand voice and marketing objectives
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics and e-commerce performance, providing regular reports and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels
• Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing landscape
• Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms
• Manage customer inquiries and feedback on social media, ensuring timely and professional responses
• Coordinate with influencers and partners for promotional activities and collaborations

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce and social media marketing
• Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager
• Excellent content creation and management skills
• Solid understanding of SEO and SEM principles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and strategies
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends and social media marketing best practices
• Fluency in both Turkish and English languages
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
