• Lead the hotel's safety and security operations, ensuring the protection of guests, Heartists, visitors, and hotel assets.
• Develop and implement security, emergency response, and crisis management procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and security regulations.
• Manage risk assessments, incident investigations, and business continuity planning.
• Collaborate with hotel departments and local authorities to maintain a secure operating environment.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Safety & Security team.

• Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in safety and security, including 3 years in a leadership role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, fire life safety, emergency preparedness, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.
