Job Description

As a Digital Manager, your primary mission is to drive the digital performance of our hotels across the assigned countries. You will lead the execution of digital and e-commerce strategies, optimize online distribution channels, ensure rate parity, and champion best practices established by the MEA APAC Digital & E-commerce Center of Excellence.

Working closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, you will play a vital role in maximizing online revenue, enhancing the digital guest journey, and fostering a culture of digital excellence across the region. As a trusted advisor and advocate for digital innovation, you will help hotels unlock their full online potential and achieve sustainable commercial success.   

  • Develop and execute the annual digital strategy and budget across direct and indirect distribution channels.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue, PR, and F&B teams to align digital initiatives with the hotel's commercial objectives.
  • Create and implement quarterly and annual e-commerce and digital marketing plans.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, metasearch, and influencer channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital channels and campaigns, ensuring KPIs and ROI targets are achieved.
  • Manage the hotel's digital presence across websites, social media platforms, and online travel channels to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee CRM and email marketing activities for Rooms, F&B, and other hotel outlets in line with brand standards and corporate guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Revenue team to monitor rate parity and optimize distribution channel performance.
  • Manage the hotel's online reputation and respond to market feedback where appropriate.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends, benchmark performance, and recommend growth opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance the end-to-end customer journey and improve digital performance.
  • Drive adoption and visibility of the Accor App to increase guest engagement and direct bookings.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and technology partners to deliver digital initiatives effectively.
  • Stay informed of emerging digital trends and technologies, recommending innovative solutions that enhance business performance.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or digital performance, preferably within the hospitality industry.
    • Preferably Saudi National.
    • Proven experience in driving digital growth, optimizing online performance, and delivering revenue-focused initiatives across multiple digital channels.
    • Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in social media management platforms, digital marketing tools, and data analytics solutions.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage insights to improve performance and customer experience.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth, ROI, and continuous optimization.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
    • Flexibility and willingness to travel across the Middle East region as required.
