We are Auckland Airport Precinct Hotels which consists of Te Arikinui Pullman with 311 generously appointed guestrooms, this property offers an unparalleled 5-Star Airport Hotel experience that is authentically New Zealand. Novotel is a stunning 263-hotel room located on the doorstep of the International Airport Terminal. Ibis Budget, a recently renovated 198-hotel rooms, located within the Auckland Airport Hub.

This unique precinct combines premium hospitality, strategic partnerships and significant growth opportunities.

Accor is seeking an exceptional commercial leader to drive the next phase of growth across multiple Accor-branded hotels within the Auckland Airport Precinct.

Overseeing the following key responsibilities for Te Arikinui Pullman, Novotel and ibis Budget Auckland Airport: 

• Developing and executing the precinct commercial strategy
• Growing corporate, airline, meetings and events, and leisure business
• Building strategic partnerships across aviation, tourism and business sectors
• Driving market share and profitability
• Leading key commercial negotiations and business development initiatives
• Influencing commercial performance across multiple brands and stakeholders

You may come from hospitality, aviation, tourism, travel, venues, precinct management or another customer-focused industry.

You will bring:

• Proven commercial leadership experience
• Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
• Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills
• A track record of delivering growth and commercial results
• The ability to influence across complex stakeholder environments
