Job Description

Cluster E-Commerce and Distribution Manager is responsible for driving the digital and distribution strategy across two properties. This role oversees the optimization of online visibility, pricing integrity, and channel performance to maximize revenue across properties. The manager collaborates closely with each properties’ revenue, sales, and marketing teams to ensure digital strategies align with commercial goals while maintaining brand standards and ensuring rate parity.

  • Develop and execute a unified digital marketing and e-commerce strategy across the hotel cluster to increase direct bookings and brand visibility.
  • Manage cluster-level promotional campaigns, working with central and property-level marketing teams.
  • Oversee content quality, accuracy, and consistency across all hotel websites, OTAs, metasearch platforms, and third-party listings.
  • Lead the management of all distribution platforms including OTAs, GDS, metasearch, and affiliate programs for each property.
  • Liaise with OTA account managers to negotiate promotional opportunities and analyze channel performance metrics cluster-wide.
  • Ensure consistent rate parity, inventory control, and availability across all channels via channel managers and CRS.
  • Work with Cluster Revenue Manager to align rate strategies and forecasting.
  • Analyze digital performance reports (conversion rates, CPC, ROI by channel, OTA performance, etc.) and recommend corrective actions.
  • Track KPIs such as cost of acquisition, booking window trends, and channel profitability by hotel.
  • Optimize use of e-commerce and distribution tools across the cluster (e.g., channel managers, CRS, RMS, rate shoppers, Google Analytics, etc.).

  • Research and recommend new technology partners or enhancements that support digital revenue growth.

  • Ensure all properties are aligned with brand compliance in digital platforms and tools

  • Train and support property teams on e-commerce tools and best practices.

  • Coordinate efforts with marketing, revenue, and sales departments across properties for aligned campaigns.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hotel e-commerce and distribution, including at least 2 years in a cluster or regional role.

  • Must have worked with Accor Hotels within the last 5 years (in any e-commerce, distribution, or revenue-related role).

  • Strong understanding of hospitality digital marketing, OTA landscape, and revenue optimization.

  • Proven experience managing multiple properties or portfolios effectively.

  • Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of digital metrics and ROI.
