1. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related fields is advantageous. 
2. Experience: Previous working or internship experience in guest relations, butler services, or luxury hospitality roles is advantageous.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with guests and convey information accurately. 
4. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is critical for anticipating guest needs and delivering flawless service. 
5. Cultural Awareness: An understanding of various cultures and customs is essential when dealing with an international clientele. 
6. Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in multiple languages can be a significant advantage. 
7. Problem-Solving Abilities: Effective problem-solving skills are necessary to address guest concerns and find appropriate solutions promptly.
