We are seeking a dynamic and talented Bartender to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a Bartender, you will be the face of our bar, delivering exceptional service while crafting expertly prepared beverages in a fast-paced, vibrant environment. You will combine your passion for mixology with outstanding customer service to create memorable experiences for our guests. • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes, customer preferences, and current trends
• Prepare drinks with precision, ensuring they are served in appropriate glassware with proper garnishes and presentation
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail trends, spirits, and beverage offerings to provide informed recommendations
• Greet customers warmly and engage with them in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner
• Take drink and food orders efficiently and serve them promptly while maintaining high-quality standards
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues courteously and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Verify customer identification to confirm legal drinking age and ensure compliance with local alcohol service laws and regulations
• Monitor and manage bar tabs accurately, process payments via cash and credit card transactions, and handle tips responsibly
• Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times
• Restock supplies including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware while monitoring inventory levels
• Ensure all beverages are served responsibly in accordance with local laws and company policies
• Refuse service to customers who appear intoxicated or disruptive, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols for food and beverage handling
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown for special events, private parties, and promotional activities
• Participate in upselling initiatives by recommending premium drinks and special offerings to enhance guest experience
• Collaborate with team members to support overall restaurant and bar operations

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral communication)
• Proven experience in bartending or a related hospitality field (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, mixers, and current beverage trends
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining focus on customer service
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in cash handling, payment processing, and basic POS (Point of Sale) systems
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices and local Mumbai alcohol regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
• Team player mentality with strong collaborative and communication abilities
• Commitment to maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a cohesive team environment
• Bartending certification or responsible alcohol service certification (preferred)
