• Assist bartenders with preparation and service support.
• Restock beverages, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas.
• Wash and polish glassware and bar equipment as required.
• Collect and dispose of empty bottles, waste, and used items.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating beverage inventory.
• Support opening and closing bar duties.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards.
• Provide assistance to the service team during busy periods.

1. Previous hospitality, café, or restaurant experience preferred.
2. Good communication and teamwork skills.
3. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
4. Fast, reliable, and organized.
5. Good attention to cleanliness and detail.
6. Professional grooming and positive attitude.
7. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
