This is a part-time position, 24 hours per week. Availability to work any day of the week during evening hours is required.

As our next Bar Team Member, you will:

- Deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for guests

- Work collaboratively with your team in a fast-paced environment

- Mix drinks efficiently according to our recipes and standards

- Assist guests with menu choices enthusiastically and informatively

- Contribute to the creative process of our beverage menus

• Previous bar tending and particularly cocktail making experience
• A natural people person – you’re confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests
• Passion for hospitality – you’re all about creating memorable experiences for others, be they guests or colleagues
• Having a good knowledge of mixology and contributing your ideas to creating new and relevant recipes

You will have the opportunity to be part of a high energy, fun team that delivers excellent customer service each day to all our guests.

Our hotel offers 206 rooms, and a leisure centre, which includes gym, swimming pool, sauna and steaming room.

To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.

Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
