The Fairmont Hanoi will open in the Vietnamese capital before year end of 2025, making it the first Fairmont brand in the country. The 241-room luxury hotel will take design inspiration from the art of lacquer with the traditional colours of Vietnam, the Indochinese style from the French colonial period, and draws motifs from Vietnam’s dynasties. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Floor Supervisor to join our team in Hanoi, Vietnam. As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality of our hotel rooms and facilities.

• Inspect occupied and vacant guest rooms daily to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, providing on-the-job guidance and maintaining grooming and conduct standards
• Manage housekeeping equipment, ensuring proper care and maintenance
• Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly
• Implement and maintain quality control measures for room cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, placing orders as needed
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on room status, maintenance issues, and staff performance
• Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiency and guest experience

• 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations at a supervisory level
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
• Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera or similar software)
• Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
