Assistant Kids Club Manager
We are looking for an energetic, creative, and experienced Assistant Kids Club Manager to lead our Kids Club operations and entertainment activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating fun and memorable experiences for children and families, ensuring a safe environment, leading the team effectively, and delivering exceptional guest service. A friendly and engaging personality is essential to create special moments for our guests.

What you will be doing:

• Manage the daily operations of the Kids Club and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop the Kids Club team.
• Plan, organize, and supervise age-appropriate recreational, educational, and entertainment activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children attending the Kids Club.
• Build strong relationships with guests and respond to inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and activity materials, ensuring they are well-maintained and readily available.
• Assist in creating innovative programs and seasonal activities that enhance the guest experience.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a Kids Club, childcare, recreation, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for working with children and creating engaging experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of child safety procedures, first aid, and emergency response protocols is an advantage.
• Creative, energetic, and guest-focused personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
