​​​​​Reporting to the Director of Finance , responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: 

• Department Leadership: Lead and manage the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring seamless technical support and system uptime across all hotel operations as well working closely with Regional IT Team for all brand related compliance and system updates. 

• Incident & Guest Support: Serve as the primary escalation point for technical and operational issues reported by team and guests, resolving them promptly to protect the guest experience.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform regular checks, routine preventive maintenance, and hands-on troubleshooting across all IT infrastructure, network systems, and hospitality software.

• Asset & Compliance Tracking: Maintain thorough, accurate records and inventory of all hardware, software licenses, manuals, and IT assets to ensure full compliance and audit readiness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• 2–3 years of IT experience within the hospitality industry, with hands-on exposure to PMS (OPERA Cloud), POS (MICROS Simphony Cloud), Aruba networking, and PBX systems.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently while also supporting and working closely with the IT Coordinator.
