During your 3-year apprenticeship, you'll actively support all service areas:

• In our restaurant, Ribelli, you'll learn the A-Z of service alongside our restaurant manager, Biljana.
• At our Dachboden bar, you'll mix cocktails with our experienced bartenders.
• In our events department, you'll be involved in service and assist in planning seminars and events.

You’ll bring not only your curiosity to learn new things but also your unique personality – #comeasyouare.

• You'll receive a structured training plan and get the chance to explore other departments (e.g. kitchen, purchasing, etc.).
• Each year, our apprentices get to organize their own event from A to Z.
