- To consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- To oversee the smooth operation of the hotel and be the key contact for any guest issues or hotel emergencies.
- To handle Guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying the appropriate leaders.
- To assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
- To take responsibilities to make necessary decisions in absence of General Manager/Hotel Manager/ Excom leaders.
- To walk through the hotel including outlets and banquet ensuring smooth operation and supporting if necessary.
- To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- To follow all safety policies.
- Shift work required.
- Cash handling.
- Oversee front office and guest services during shift.
- Rom allocation for arrivals of the next day.
- Liaise with Guest Experience Manager to ensure VIP guest's needs are met.
- Identify sales leads to be follow-up up by sales department.
- Constantly monitor team members' appearance, attitude and degree of professionalism.
- Motivate and provides a work environment which brings out the best in team members.
- Maintain complete knowledge of hotel services/features.
- Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures.

- Previous leadership experience required.
- Previous PMS experience required.

- University/College degree in a related discipline an asset or equivalent experience.
