We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Coordinate and plan executive meetings, board meetings, and corporate events
- Assist in preparing agendas and taking minutes during high-level meetings
- Manage expense reports and handle administrative tasks related to budget tracking
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing needs
- Provide general office support and perform ad-hoc tasks as required
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment
- Experience in the luxury and upscale segment is highly advantageous
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Creative thinking and strong product knowledge
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Passion for corporate operations and executive-level support
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively offer solutions
- Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to manage competing deadlines
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
