Our VIK (Very Important Kids) Club is at the heart of the guest experience, creating fun, engaging and memorable moments for our youngest guests through games, activities and adventures. As part of the global Accor network, you’ll join a team that brings energy, creativity and genuine hospitality to every interaction.

We’re looking for an energetic, creative and enthusiastic Activities Attendant to bring fun, excitement and memorable experiences to our guests.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you’ll be a key part of our VIK Club experience — hosting children’s activities, running games, creating connections with families and helping guests make the most of their stay.

From beach games and outdoor adventures to craft activities, trivia and family experiences, you’ll help create the moments children remember long after their holiday ends.

In this role, you’ll:

• Host VIK Club activities, games and experiences for children and families
• Create a fun, safe and welcoming environment where kids can enjoy their holiday
• Plan and deliver engaging activities including beach games, crafts, trivia, putt putt and bike tours
• Support water-based activities while maintaining a strong focus on guest safety
• Assist guests with equipment hire including kayaks, catamarans and bikes
• Engage with families and create memorable guest interactions
• Support the daily operation and presentation of Activities areas
• Help maintain clean, safe and inviting activity spaces

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• A fun, energetic and outgoing personality
• Genuine enjoyment working with children and creating memorable experiences
• Confidence engaging with families and guests of all ages
• Previous experience in childcare, camps, recreation, education, entertainment or hospitality highly regarded
• Ability to work outdoors and stay active throughout the day
• Current Working with Children Blue Card or willingness to obtain one
• CPR and First Aid certification beneficial (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexibility to work weekends, school holidays and varied hours
