About La Dolce Vita Orient Express
La Dolce Vita Orient Express is the first Italian luxury cruise on rail, offering a unique travel experience across the country. Inspired by the golden age of railway tourism, the train features itineraries connecting Italy's major cities and destinations, providing passengers with top-class service, exceptional comfort, gourmet cuisine, and a refined atmosphere. The project aims to celebrate the charm and beauty of Italy, making each journey an unforgettable experience.
Responsabilità principali
• Gestione della fatturazione attiva e passiva
• Tenuta della contabilità generale e relative quadrature
• Supporto e guida nell’implementazione dell’ERP aziendale
• Gestione degli adempimenti fiscali e normativi
• Gestione delle tematiche fiscali, in coordinamento con lo studio tributario esterno
• Gestione operativa dei pagamenti verso fornitori, con attenzione alle tempistiche e complessità operative
• Gestione degli incassi bancari e delle transazioni su Stripe
• Elaborazione di bilanci infrannuali e preparazione dei dati richiesti da investitori esterni
• Implementazione e gestione della procedura di magazzino
• Sviluppo e gestione della procedura acquisti
• Elaborazione del bilancio mensile
• Produzione di reportistica interna per il management
• Supporto nell’implementazione del sistema di controllo di gestione
• Contributo allo sviluppo di un sistema di pianificazione economico-finanziaria
• Produzione di reportistica verso Open Engine (OE)
• Collaborazione alla definizione di budget e forecast
• Interazione e attività condivise con altri dipartimenti aziendali (es. operations, sales, legal)
Requisiti
• Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi
• Ottima conoscenza della contabilità generale e dei principi contabili italiani
• Esperienza con ERP aziendali (implementazione o utilizzo avanzato)
• Conoscenza degli adempimenti fiscali ordinari
• Familiarità con la gestione di pagamenti, incassi e strumenti di pagamento digitali (es. Stripe)
• Capacità di redigere bilanci mensili e infrannuali
• Ottima padronanza di Excel e strumenti di reporting
• Attitudine alla collaborazione interfunzionale
• Precisione, affidabilità, senso di responsabilità
