We are seeking an experience & enthusiastic Accommodation Attendant who is responsible for overall management, smooth operation, safety, cleanliness, and well-being of Heartists residing in accommodation. 

• Manage the day-to-day operations and overall administration of Heartists accommodation.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper maintenance of all accommodation facilities.
• Manage accommodation allocations, occupancy records, and transfers.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, and service providers to resolve issues promptly.
• Address heartists’ accommodation-related requests, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Ensure Heartists comply with accommodation rules, company policies, and health & safety standards.
• Maintain accurate accommodation records and prepare regular reports on occupancy, maintenance, and related issues.
• Monitor accommodation supplies, furniture, equipment, and facilities, ensuring proper use and timely replacement when required.
• Provide support to the P&C Department on employee-related administrative tasks and other activities as required.

• Previous experience in accommodation, facilities, camp, hostel, hotel, or residential facility management.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance coordination, health & safety, and accommodation operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage employees from diverse backgrounds.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and record management.
• Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to accommodation-related emergencies when required.

Additional Language is an added advantage.
