This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all wellness, fitness, and lifestyle programs that enhance the overall guest experience and align with the hotel’s brand values. The role focuses on creating holistic experiences that promote health, relaxation, cultural appreciation, and well-being for guests while ensuring operational excellence, safety, and profitability of the wellness and recreation department. 

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Tourism, Sports Science, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years in wellness, recreation, or lifestyle management (preferably in hospitality). 
• Knowledge of yoga, fitness, and holistic wellness principles
• Understanding of safety standards, first aid, and hygiene practices

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
