We provide learning solutions, leadership development and pre-opening support to hotels and business units across the Middle East, Africa and Türkiye hub, consisting of 400+ hotels and over 35,000 Heartists.
- Determining and implementing Talent & Culture strategies and targets,
- Managing all human resources processes within the hotel,
- Coordinating HR activities such as recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations,
- Developing strategies to increase employee satisfaction and engagement,
- Implementing and monitoring occupational health and safety policies,
- Organizing employee training and development programs,
- Preparing HR reports and presenting them to upper management,
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures.
- At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry,
- In-depth knowledge of human resources management and processes,
- Strong communication, and problem-solving skills,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- English proficiency,
- Team-oriented, solution-focused, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Graduated from the relevant department of the university
