Guests can enjoy the many facilities, including Benihana, the iconic Japanese steakhouse, Public our all-day dining and the Gym, Swimming pool, and Pool bar, all delivered with our heartfelt Thai service.
This position is responsible the complete process of collecting all required documents from newly joined staff as well as update manpower on monthly basis. Ensure the accuracy process PAYROLL and of team member movement: promotion, transfer and resign. Serve all team members on hotel benefit and welfare such as Social security and Group life insurance. Also support to Talent and Culture Manager of government liaison document preparation(visa-work permit) for expatriates
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity either for Payroll or Recruitment
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
