From "Grüezi" to "Adieu": Together with the team at reception, you ensure happy guests from the first to the last moment in both our Hotels Zürich West and Langstrasse.

How does your working day looks like...

• Designing and curating the hotel store range
• Collaboration with the various suppliers and our head office
• Launching cooperations
• Proactive sales advice and optimization
• Contact person for hotel guests regarding events, gastronomy, culture and public transport
• Training in the areas of store range and concierge services
• Supervision of the rental bike stock
• Shared responsibility for budget preparation. Responsible for sales and inventory

• Professional experience at a hotel reception is an advantage

• Great quality and service awareness
• Very good knowledge of German and English
