• Prepare equipment requested by outlets and/or Banquet.
• Ensure equipment required for functions and/or restaurant service are prepared on a timely manner.
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff.

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant.
• Should be flexible and ready to work any shift day or night given as per requirement of the outlet.
• Living close to the hotel due to late operations during night time or early morning.
• English and Japanese verbal skills desirable.
