Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Steward -Cafeteria Attendant maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas in a clean and sanitary manner by following the cleaning schedules and adhering to the Health & Hygiene Regulations and Company policy and procedures.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

EDUCATION & SKILLS

• High School graduate and/or equivalent Experience in Hotel related fills. Sufficient manual dexterity in order to load and unload the dish washer, handle all sorts of kitchen equipment.
• Ability to speak English and Spanish

EXPERIENCE

• Some work experience in related field preferred.

• Hospitality experience preferred
