The Spa Therapist welcomes, cares and pampers the guests  while ensuring (s)he has a memorable experience in the spa of our beautiful hotel.

• Welcomes and informs the guest
• Offers and performs treatment
• Ensures the spa experience is perfect: cleanliness, room ambience, and massage experience
• Has expertise with retail and treatments. The therapist is comfortable with answering questions from the guest and making recommendation on treatments and products
• Performs treatment most suited to guest utilising a range of techniques
• Knowledgeable about all aspects of treatments, spa therapy and as well as the facility
• Monitors, maintains and re-stocks assigned room with products, supplies, disposables and work tools
• Work well with other and displays a positive mindset

• Certified as Spa Therapist
• 2-5 years of experience in  hotel industry
• Strong English communication skills
• Able to handle pressure at work and capability to multi-task
