What you’ll be doing

• Delivering exceptional treatment experiences and five-star standards of care in line with Fairmont brand standards, training, and protocols.

• Providing thoughtful treatment and product recommendations to enhance each guest’s wellness journey.

• Taking initiative to personalise treatments and offer upgrades that elevate the experience.

• Proudly promoting hotel and spa facilities, identifying opportunities to enrich the guest’s stay through genuine upselling.

• Collaborating with the wider Spa team to create a seamless, supportive environment.

• Performing additional duties as required to support smooth spa operations.

• Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
• You must be eligible to live and work in the UK 
• Beauty Therapy HNC/HND/ Level 3 /ITEC
