Spa Supervisor

The Mövenpick Hotel Cairo-Media City is located in the vibrant 6th of October City, offering easy access to Cairo's attractions and just a short distance from Cairo International Airport. We are excited to invite applications for the position of Spa Supervisor at our luxurious wellness facility located in 6th of October City, Egypt. As a Spa Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing our day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

• Oversee and coordinate all spa operations, including treatment bookings, staff scheduling, and facility management
• Ensure adherence to spa policies and standard operating procedures
• Train, coach, and mentor spa staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional standards
• Manage inventory of spa products and supplies, placing orders as needed
• Implement and support strategic initiatives to enhance the spa's offerings and overall guest experience
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all spa areas and equipment
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with other departments to promote spa services and create integrated wellness experiences
• Analyze spa performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the spa's services and operations

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the spa or wellness industry
• In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and wellness practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Proficiency in spa management software and basic computer applications
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to spa operations
• Demonstrated ability to handle budgets and financial reporting
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Certification in spa management or related field (preferred)
• First aid and CPR certification
