Job Description

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, answering any initial inquiries.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accuracy and availability.
  • Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Address any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy, seeking resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to foster loyalty.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, guest information, and daily transactions.
  • Assist with inventory management of spa products and supplies.
  • Prepare treatment rooms for each guest, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and welcoming.
  • Assist therapists with guest check-in and check-out procedures as needed.
  • Promote spa memberships, packages, and special offers.
  • Provide information about spa events and promotions.
  • Assist with the development of marketing materials as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 1 Suite or similar software.
