We are looking for a SPA MANAGER – Take care of the vitality and relaxation of our guests!

STARTING: JUNE 1, 2025

Swissôtel Mariánské Lázně brings to the Czech Republic a top-notch hotel concept that combines Swiss precision with exceptional hospitality. We are proud that our hotel is the first and only in the Czech Republic under the prestigious Swissôtel brand, and we are looking for an experienced SPA MANAGER to lead our wellness centre.

In September, we are opening a premium hotel with 125 rooms and suites. The hotel will also include the 105 Dining Lounge, The Bohemian Bar, our SwissCafé, and the rooftop terrace "Pod Oblaky" Lifestyle Lounge. In addition, the hotel will include three conference rooms and a boardroom. Another highlight of the hotel will be the Pürovel Spa & Sport, which combines Swiss precision with the spa tradition of Mariánské Lázně.

This unique opportunity combines Swissôtel's international reputation with the history of the spa town. We are looking for a leader who will ensure the smooth running of the wellness centre, set the highest standards of service, and create the perfect impression for our guests.

As a SPA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the wellness centre. Your main task will be to ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

  • Strategic management and development of the Pürovel Spa & Sport with a focus on quality and profitability
  • Ensuring smooth operation of all wellness services
  • Supervising the quality of massages and other wellness rituals according to Pürovel Spa & Sport standards and procedures
  • Supervising the facilities – saunas, salt caves, hammam baths, fitness, pools, yoga area and relaxation areas.
  • Communicating with guests, addressing their requests and complaints
  • Identifying new trends in wellness and incorporating them into the service offerings.
  • Recruiting, training, motivating, and leading a team of SPA receptionists and therapists.
  • Monitoring compliance with hotel and hygiene standards within the wellness operation.
  • Tracking guest satisfaction and implementing measures to improve services.
  • Budget management, cost control, and optimization of operational expenses.
  • Cooperation for Marketing and promoting wellness services to increase attendance and profitability.
  • Organizing shifts and ensuring sufficient staffing coverage.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For? Ideal Candidate:

  • Has appropriate education – secondary school/university, ideally in the field of hospitality, wellness or management.
  • Speaks languages ​​– professional knowledge of Czech, English; German and another language is an advantage.
  • Has experience – experience in a similar management position in hospitality or wellness.
  • Is a leader – can motivate a team, set up operational processes and ensure the smooth running of the department.
  • Has knowledge in the field of wellness – orientation in procedures, massages and sauna rituals is an advantage.
  • Is customer-oriented – ensures maximum guest satisfaction and can professionally resolve their requests.
  • Has excellent organizational skills – manages effective planning, budget management and operations management.
