Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa & Wellness Assistant Manager to join our luxurious spa facility at SO Uptown Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and overseeing daily operations.

  • Overseeing daily operations and maintaining high standards of service
  • Manage and motivate a team of spa therapists and support staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of spa products and supplies
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Assist in financial management, including budgeting and reporting
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new wellness practices into spa offerings
  • Collaborate with other departments to create integrated guest experiences

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in spa or wellness management
  • Proven track record in customer service and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and wellness trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management systems
  • Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the spa industry
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
  • Spa management certification preferred
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
