• Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation for team members as per operational requirements.
• Support the People & Culture department in all employee-related transportation (e.g., recruitment, medical visits, government procedures, accommodation movement).
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off in alignment with schedules and business needs.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition at all times.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance or safety issues immediately.
• Comply with all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Assist with document delivery and other administrative or operational tasks when required.
• Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or violations to the People & Culture Manager.
• Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and respect when interacting with team members.

• Valid driving license.
• Previous experience as a driver, preferably within a hotel or service-oriented environment.
• Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Basic communication skills (Arabic required; basic English is an advantage).
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours.
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and professional conduct.
