Server - Wildflower (Mornings)

Nestled at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, just two hours north of Downtown Vancouver, Fairmont Chateau Whistler defines mountain luxury. Server - Wildflower (Mornings)

As a Server, you will be an ambassador for exceptional service and cuisine that are the hallmarks of our dining experience.

This is a full-time, seasonal position, starting in June 2026.

Starting Rate of Pay: $18.80 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $20.60.

Job Duties Include:

• Take ownership of guests dining experiences, providing a professional yet attentive rapport, attending to their requests
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Exceptional service, with knowledge of wines and specials

• Previous service experience in a fine-dining establishment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
