Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition, development, and management of Corporate, Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events  business for Roswyn, A Morgans Originals hotel.

 

This role plays a vital part in positioning the flagship property as leading destination for high-end FIT, CEOs, celebrities, Artists, corporate travel, executive meetings, and premium events, while consistently delivering exceptional client experiences aligned with the service excellence of the Morgans Originals brand.

 

What you will be DOING:

  1. Corporate Sales Development
  • Proactively source, negotiate, and close new Corporate business.
  • Manage a portfolio of key corporate accounts.
  • Develop tailored proposals and event solutions that maximize revenue, guest satisfaction, and brand reputation.
  • Drive revenue through strategic prospecting, account penetration, and pipeline development.
  1. Account Management & Client Relationships
  • Build long-term partnerships with corporate clients, travel managers, and event planners.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, FAM trips, and contract reviews.
  • Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and activity tracking .
  • Support key accounts with end-to-end sales coordination from enquiry through event execution.
  1. Market Positioning & Brand Representation
  • Represent Roswyn, A Morgans Originals brand as a luxury lifestyle hotel for FITs, corporate and event travel.
  • Participate in sales missions, trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
  • Ensure all client engagements reflect each brand’s identity, service standards, and luxury positioning.
  1. Commercial & Performance Management
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets, room night production, and conversion goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client performance to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize pricing, packaging, and event execution.
