As a Senior Business Travel & Leisure Sales Manager, you will manage both local and national business travel accounts, exceeding revenue goals through strategic relationships and thoughtful service. With your extensive property knowledge and commitment to excellence, you will seamlessly transition business leads to ensure flawless service delivery in accordance with our distinguished brand standards. Your ability to build meaningful connections with clients and foster strong partnerships with fellow Heartists will be key to your success in this role.


Qualifications

What you will bring to the role

You bring a wealth of experience with at least three years in a luxury hotel environment, ideally within the dynamic Chicago market. Your proven ability to anticipate client needs sets you apart. With a strong and outgoing personality, you excel in building strategic relationships with key accounts and agencies to drive market share and revenue growth. Your exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills empower you to implement initiatives and promotions that attract new business while successfully managing Corporate, Local Negotiated, Consortia/Leisure, and Wholesale/FIT segments.

    Compensation and Benefits

    Salary:  Based on experience and qualifications, salary range $80,000 - $90,000 

    • Quarterly & Annual Bonus Eligibility
