Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping and Management:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

1. Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses.

Compliance and Reporting:

1. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Prepare financial statements and reports.

Cash Flow Management:

1. Monitor and manage the company's cash flow.
2. Prepare cash flow forecasts.

Cost Control:

1. Analyze project costs and expenses to ensure they align with budgeted amounts.

Tax & ZAKAT Preparation:

1. Assist in tax preparation and filing.
2. Ensure timely payment of taxes.

Payroll Processing:

1. Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate salary disbursements.

Internal Controls:

1. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets.

Audit Support:

1. Assist in internal and external audit processes.

Financial Analysis:

Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Strong understanding of construction accounting practices.

2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
