Security Manager (Vietnamese Local)

• Lead and manage the entire Security Department
• Develop and enforce hotel security policies, procedures, and emergency protocols
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, 10002) and local regulations
• Supervise, train, and mentor Security Supervisors, Team Leaders, and staff
• Liaise with local authorities, law enforcement, and emergency services
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and visitor management systems
• Conduct regular risk assessments, fire drills, and preventive maintenance of security systems
• Handle guest complaints, incidents, and crisis situations professionally
• Oversee Lost & Found procedures and maintain security records
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees
• Lead security initiatives during hotel openings and special events

• University degree in Security, Law Enforcement, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in a senior security role in a 5-star hotel or similar environment
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and crisis management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in guest service
